Our family-run farm is nestled in a peaceful location, far from the noise of traffic, amidst the Tyrolean mountains. As far as the eye can see, the view stretches over impressive peaks and vast meadows. Hikers, cyclists, and families will find plenty to enjoy here.
Carefree Vacation
After a restful night in our cozy rooms, you can start your day feeling refreshed with a hearty breakfast. In the evening, we will treat you to regional specialties from our delicious homemade kitchen. A large portion of the ingredients we use comes directly from our farm. To ensure that our little guests feel completely at ease, we have set up a large playground in the garden. In addition, there are hay jumps, petting animals, and lots of fun activities. For the adults, a panoramic sauna awaits in the outdoor area.
In the Heart of Nature
Thanks to the ideal location of our mountain inn in the heart of the Alps, you can enjoy a variety of activities all year round. Explore the untouched surroundings on kilometers of hiking and biking trails, conquer the surrounding peaks on extensive mountain tours, or cool off in the nearby Green Lake during the summer months. In winter, the snow-covered landscape invites you with perfectly groomed slopes, toboggan runs, and winter hiking trails.

Our holiday apartment "Selles" accommodates 2 to 6 guests.
It features two bedrooms, a cozy living kitchen, and a terrace with a small garden.
The second bedroom is located outside the apartment, but right next door.
For bookings of 4 or more guests, the newly renovated second bedroom is included!
This includes a new shower, conveniently located in the hallway nearby!
Within the apartment, the second proper bed is situated directly in the living kitchen!
If the apartment is booked for just 2 guests, only the main living space will be available, and not the
separate bedroom!

Our holiday apartment "Arina" is located on the second floor and is suitable for up to 4-5 guests.
It features a bathroom with a shower and toilet, as well as a balcony offering stunning mountain views - perfect for relaxation and enjoyment.
A separate kitchen with a lovely, comfortable dining area awaits you.
The bedroom is conveniently located to the right of the kitchen.
On the left side of the kitchen, you'll find the spacious living room, complete with a cozy couch and a double bed!
A dishwasher, microwave, and kettle are provided, but please note that there is no oven available!
